Due to the introduction of amine compounds in the molecular chain, it gives SL-AP01 better shale inhibition. Its anti-collapse mechanism is different from that of ordinary polyether products. It mainly relies on a special structure to firmly adsorb on clay, reduce the distance between clay layers, thereby preventing water from entering the formation and stabilizing the well wall.
SL-AP01 has good shale inhibition, can effectively control clay dispersion, prevent drill mud, and has stable flow pattern. It is suitable for various soft mudstone formations, high salt-containing formations, strong water-sensitive formations and other complex formations.
SL-AP-01 can be directly added to polymer and water-based drilling fluids without affecting viscosity and filtration loss.

SL-AP01 can be directly added to polymer and water-based drilling fluids.
SL-AP01 has good lubricity for directional and horizontal wells.
Strong resistance to salt, calcium and magnesium, can be used in fresh water, brine, saturated brine and seawater drilling completion fluids.
Packing and Storage
SL-AP01 is supplied in 200kg high density polyethylene (HDPE) drums or 1000kg IBC. Avoid mixing with corrosive and sharp objects during transportation, and store the product in a cool, ventilated place.
