SL-EXP6605 has delayed cross-linking and heat and shear resistance. The formed gel can withstand temperatures of 360℉(182℃). It has a wide pH range and can be cross-linked under both acidic and alkaline conditions. It can also be used for high-mineralization brine. It has strong adaptability, good stability, low dosage, and high cross-linking efficiency.

SL-EXP6605 is an organic zirconium crosslinking agent. Zirconium compounds (Zr4+) have strong affinity for hydroxyl and carboxyl groups and can form stable chemical bonds with the functional groups (-OH, -COOH) to form high-viscosity gel. Various polyol ligands achieve the purpose of delayed crosslinking by shielding and delaying the release of zirconium ions; and after the introduction of organic ligands, the stability is improved. Due to the formation of multi-nuclear complex ions, the strength of the unit crosslinking point is increased, thereby improving the temperature and shear resistance of the gel.

Recommended Treatment
SL-EXP6605 can be used for cross-linking of HPG, CMHPG and polymers; after swelling, add PH regulator, then directly and evenly add this product, stir thoroughly.
Applicable pH range: 2-6; 9-11
Temperature resistance: 160-180℃
0.45% CMHPG + 0.2% Gel performance: 180℃, 170s-1 ,2 hours, viscosity>80mPa·s
Packing and Storage
SL-EXP6605 is supplied in 200kg high density polyethylene (HDPE) drums or 1000kg IBC. Keep it away from extreme conditions such as places near flames or direct sunlight.
Shelf life is 2 years.
